- Most deliveries are conducted using trucks equipped with liftgates. In some cases, deliveries may be made inside a garage if easily accessible.

- It is important to inspect your materials upon delivery. If you notice any damages or missing items, please note this on the Bill of Lading. This documentation protects you in case of discrepancies. If you're not present, please ensure a designated person checks the materials for damages and confirms the quantity matches your order. We cannot assume responsibility for any shortages or damages not noted on the Bill of Lading.

- Shipping companies do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
- Smaller orders will typically be shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or Postal Services, while larger pallet-sized orders will utilize reputable nationwide common carriers.

- We strive to ship your order within 3 to 7 days of your purchase, with an expected arrival time of 3 to 10 days after shipping. However, Hardwood Flooring Depot makes no guarantees regarding delivery times. You will be informed by the shipping company regarding the day and estimated time range for delivery.

- Upon receiving your shipment, please check for the correct count, style, and color of the products ordered, as well as any potential damages. If there are damages, do not refuse the delivery. Accept the shipment and note the damages on the Bill of Lading so we can assist you with a replacement.

- Some locations may not be accessible by larger trucks. Shipping companies are aware of such cases. When scheduling your delivery, please inform them of any accessibility issues. They may use smaller trucks for delivery or provide a nearby hub address for you to collect the materials.
